Today I am reviewing another lip care product. I can never have too many of those. As I mentioned so many times before I only started using lipsticks on regular bases in my 30’s. I think I was over 25 years old when I had more than one lipstick in my makeup collection.
One of the reasons was that I much prefer people paying attention to my eyes not other areas of my face. So I felt like wearing lipstick would have been too much. After all, I was wearing eyeshadow + eyeliner + mascara and I always accentuate my eyebrows.
The other reason was the fact that I have the very bad habit of biting my lips. I don’t even remember if there was a time when I didn’t do it. I used to do this even as a child. In the winter it used to get so bad that my lips would get bloody. And I was not putting on special makeup for Halloween back then. :)))))
Sometimes I still bite my lips. The big difference is that nowadays I have a lot of lipsticks and I want to be able to wear them. And that means I need to have healthy lips.
The best way to get those is using really good lip care products. And lip balms are not the only ones in that category. Today I am reviewing for you the P2 Perfect Lip Overnight Serum.

Texture: Greasy
Scent: sweet, nothing specific

Colour: (personal description 🙂 ) pinkish nude
How it applies: The packaging is of great help. You don’t need to use your fingers.
How it looks: At first it is very visible on the lips but after about 10 minutes it “melts” and it becomes invisible
Results: heavily hydrates and helps the lips regenerate
Pros: Low prices and high quality
Cons: It is greasy but I think it has to be this way to do its job properly.

My thought about the P2 Perfect Lip Overnight Serum
I have a confession to make. I didn’t use it during the night sleep. I sometimes applied in the evening before going to bed.
I did not feel comfortable using it while sleeping because I am 100% positive I would have smeared it all over the pillow. From there it would have transferred to my face. The horrible thought of waking up with a greasy face is too much for me to bear. So I did not take the chance.
I might be wrong now that I think of it. After all, it “sinks in” 5 minutes after I apply it… hmm If I decide to take the step I will let you know by updating this post.
If I will repurchase it: yes. As long as I can find it in the DM shops when I go to Germany. I recommend it without any hesitation. It is very friendly with your budget and it really does what it says it should do.
